Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and yt99 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the yt99 website at https://yt99.bet and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting markets, live casino tables, virtual sports, promotions, bonuses, and payment processing facilities.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the yt99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the yt99 platform.

yt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the yt99 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the yt99 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active yt99 account.
• You are accessing the yt99 platform voluntarily and of your own accord, and you are not doing so under duress, coercion, or as a result of targeted advertising directed at vulnerable persons.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by yt99 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You have not previously had a yt99 account closed due to fraudulent activity, multiple account violations, or material breach of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering.

yt99 may at any time request documentary evidence of a player's age, identity, address, and payment method ownership as part of its KYC verification process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed. yt99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending successful KYC clearance.

Account Registration

To access the full range of yt99 services, including placing wagers and processing withdrawals, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address and mobile phone number.

You warrant that all information provided at the time of registration and at any subsequent point during your use of yt99 is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including but not limited to a false name, false date of birth, or false address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held within the account.

Each player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one (1) yt99 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, different identities, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, yt99 will close all associated accounts and void all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals without recourse.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. yt99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify yt99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

yt99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the yt99 platform are processed in BDT. yt99 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed within your account cashier. yt99 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your yt99 wallet within seconds of a confirmed payment. In the event of a deposit delay, players should contact support at [email protected] with their transaction reference before raising a dispute with their payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 4 hours for verified accounts using local mobile money methods. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank. yt99 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider or bank once the withdrawal has been dispatched from yt99's system.

All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawals regardless of their account balance. yt99 strongly encourages all players to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when requesting their first withdrawal.

Bonuses and Promotions

yt99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits as stated in the individual promotion's terms. These bonus-specific terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions and are incorporated by reference.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all yt99 promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered at least 30 times (30x) before any withdrawal from a balance containing bonus funds can be processed.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Sports betting wagers on odds of 1.50 or above typically contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• yt99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a player has met the wagering requirement, any bonus funds and winnings derived from those bonus funds will be removed from the player's balance.
• Players who are identified as abusing the bonus system — including through coordinated play with other accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine play, or exploitation of technical errors — will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus, sign-up offer, or first-deposit promotion exactly once. Claiming such a bonus through multiple accounts is considered a multiple-account violation and will result in the consequences described in Section 7 (Prohibited Conduct).

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All casino games available on the yt99 platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the rules and mechanics defined by its provider. yt99 does not modify game outcomes, RNG seeds, or payout structures. Published RTP percentages reflect the independently certified theoretical return-to-player rate for each title over a statistically significant number of rounds.

All sports betting markets on yt99 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, and kabaddi — are governed by the specific market rules published within the sportsbook interface. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, the following principles apply:

• Match results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) at the time of final settlement.
• In-play bets that are placed after an event outcome has occurred but before the market is closed due to a data feed delay will be voided and stakes returned.
• yt99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error due to a technical or data feed fault. Players will be notified and stakes returned to their account balance.
• Minimum single sports bet: ৳50. Maximum single sports bet limits vary by market and are displayed in the sportsbook interface.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets are settled as void if one or more legs of the accumulator are voided for reasons outside the player's control. The remaining legs will be recalculated accordingly.

yt99 operates a "disconnection policy" for live casino games. If a player's internet connection is interrupted during a live game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game rules. yt99 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the player's end. Any disputes regarding disconnected rounds should be raised with customer support within 72 hours of the session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all balances, and potential legal action where warranted. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned from yt99 and reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering multiple accounts under the same or different identities, whether on the same or different devices or networks.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identity documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the yt99 platform in any way, including for the purposes of placing bets, navigating the site, or claiming bonuses.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market in which both parties hold a financial interest.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair financial advantage. Players who discover a bug are required to report it to [email protected] immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Money laundering or using yt99 as a channel to process funds derived from illegal activity. yt99 is required by applicable law to report suspicious financial transactions to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the yt99 platform's software, odds data, or content for commercial or competitive purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing yt99 customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to create the appearance of multiple distinct users from a single individual.

Account Suspension and Closure

yt99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspicious activity has been detected on the account that may indicate fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• The player has requested a self-exclusion under yt99's Responsible Gaming programme.
• The player is found to be under the age of 18.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires the account to be suspended or closed.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, yt99 will make reasonable efforts to complete the investigation within 30 days and notify the player of the outcome. During a suspension, the player will not be able to access the platform, place wagers, or request withdrawals. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their yt99 account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are subject to the cooling-off periods described in the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of yt99. yt99 does not make specific claims regarding regulatory approval from any particular Bangladeshi government body.
